These terms are an agreement between you and Leno Sports India (“Leno Sports”, “we”). By using lenosports.com or booking through it, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the website
- Use the site lawfully and only for yourself or the group you are booking for.
- Don’t try to book automatically, hold slots you don’t intend to play, break the site’s security, or copy its content in bulk.
- We keep prices, availability, fixtures and scores as accurate as we can. The price you pay is the one shown before you pay.
Booking a turf
- You must be 18 or over to book.
- When you go to pay, we hold the slot for 10 minutes. It is booked only once the advance is paid, or once a voucher covers what is due.
- You pay an advance online when you book. You pay the rest at the ground after the game, by QR code or cash.
- You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp, and a receipt by email if you gave us an address.
- Please arrive on time. Your slot starts and ends at the booked times; extra time depends on availability and is charged.
- Vouchers reduce the amount due and have no cash value.
- The advance is not refundable. The refund policy explains the exceptions.
At the venue
- Follow the venue’s rules and the staff’s instructions, including any on footwear, smoking, alcohol and behaviour.
- Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- You are responsible for damage you or your group cause to the turf, nets or equipment.
- We may refuse entry or end a session, without a refund, if someone behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or unlawful.
- Belongings are your responsibility.
Your safety
Sport involves a risk of injury. Play within your fitness, warm up, and stop if you are hurt. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury or loss, except where it is caused by our negligence.
Leagues, events and trips
League registration, events and trips such as the India International Cup have their own rules, fees and payment terms, shared when you register or pay in the Leno Portal. Those terms apply alongside these.
Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Online payments are processed by Razorpay or Paytm on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Our content
The website, the Leno Sports name and logo, and the names and crests of our leagues belong to Leno Sports. Please don’t use them without our written permission.
Other websites
Links to other services are for your convenience. Their terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.
Limits of our liability
We provide the website as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Bookings already paid are governed by the terms in force when you booked.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we can’t, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
