Leno Sports India (“Leno Sports”, “we”) runs lenosports.com from Thane, Maharashtra. This policy covers the website and the services you book through it. It follows India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect, and why

Why we are allowed to use it
- You agree to it. The booking and contact forms ask you to agree before you send them. You can withdraw that agreement at any time; it does not undo what was done before.
- You give it to us for a purpose. When you book a slot or message us, we use your details for that booking or that conversation.
- The law requires it. We keep payment and booking records for tax and accounting law, and share data with authorities when the law requires.
Who we share it with
- Payment gateways (Razorpay or Paytm, depending on the venue), which take the booking advance on their own secure pages.
- WhatsApp, which carries our messages and your booking confirmation.
- The venue team, so they know who has booked the ground.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store and process data for us under contract and may not use it for anything else.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. The list of outside services is on Third-party services.
Where it is kept
On secure cloud servers. Some of our providers may store or process data outside India; when they do, they protect it under contract to at least the standard this policy describes.
How long we keep it
- Bookings and payments: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Contact messages: as long as we need to answer and follow up, then deleted.
- Everything else: only while it serves the purpose it was collected for.
Children and youth leagues
Turf bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over. Players in our youth leagues are registered by their club manager in the Leno Portal, not on this website. Public league pages show only a player’s first name and initial, shirt number and match events. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see, correct or remove their child’s details.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it and the law doesn’t require us to keep it;
- stop using it on the basis of your agreement (withdraw consent);
- deal with a complaint about how we have handled it;
- let someone you nominate act for you if you die or become unable to.
Write to us or message us on WhatsApp. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
The site runs only over an encrypted connection (https). Only the people who need your details to run your booking can see them. Payments are entered on the gateway’s page and never pass through our servers.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers only your cookie choice. See the cookie policy.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
